We had very specific criteria, and we knew finding these individuals would be a challenge. However, Lisa and the team stuck to it and did an amazing job screening the candidates and only put candidates in front of us that met them all. Many times, I’ve worked with companies who try to sell me on “they have most of the requirements” not step up recruiting. No matter how challenging or long it may take, they delivered only hirable candidates, which put us in a great situation. The response time was also something to note. Lisa and Erica were very responsive and set up many review/strategy meetings with our group to make sure we were aligned at each step of the process.  Would highly recommend.
